Thank you for shopping at Kulani Home. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, restocks), processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Total delivery time = processing time (3–5 business days) + shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Kulani Home is not liable for products damaged during shipping transit once the carrier has taken possession of the package, or for damage that occurs after delivery. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at contact@kulanihome.com within [7 days] of delivery, including photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll do our best to assist you.


If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help investigate.

International Shipping
