Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Kulani Home. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-returnable items: [e.g., final sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom/personalized products — edit or remove as needed]

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@kulanihome.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kulanihome.com with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping costs in these cases and send a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
